ContentHub's Special Features and Functionality
ContentHub provides plenty of functionality right out of the box. In addition to basic editing of pages, menus, and sidebars, the system lets you easily manage your site's specialized content, including the commonly used features described here. Note too: We can enhance ContentHub in a custom-built version just for managing your site.
News
With our news module, you can easily create consistently formatted news feeds on your site. You can show the latest news headlines on your home page, or as a sidebar on other pages of the site. You can even create post-dated items that will show up automatically on the days you choose.
Events Calendar
Schedule repeating events, choose featured events for your home page, and apply event categories and icons. Event registration with custom registration information can be easily edited by non-technical site administrators. The “send to a friend” feature lets visitors quickly send links and event info directly from the calendar.
Ecommerce
Ecommerce functions include multiple prices, options, and categories for each product. You can also provide multiple shipping options. The system makes it easy easy for your customers to create user profiles. ContentHub also provides inventory tracking capabilities.
Users and Groups
ContentHub helps you protect the security of your site's content. You can restrict access to pages or downloadable files so that only registered users can access them for editing.
Download Management
With ContentHub, you can easily add downloads to your site; this includes adding to multiple pages/sections at a time. Assigning documents to multiple pages makes updating quicker for administrators and easier to access for site visitors. You can even create private downloads for members.
