DesignHub’s offices are just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan, the only U.S. city to have three cohousing communities side by side. The principals of Cohousing Development Corp. have spearheaded the development of these communities. Each blends the private ownership advantages of condominium living with the life-enriching cooperative spirit of a true old-fashioned neighborhood. The brochure we created for CDC shows the versatility of our work. It’s characterized by warm, earthy colors, type suggestive of the outdoors, quotes from cohousing residents, and friendly, un-posed photos of residents at work and play. So different from a typical company brochure, yet perfectly suited to its marketing message and targeted audience.
