Research

This initial phase involves one or more client meetings, during which we:

1) thoroughly discuss the business purposes of the website, gather information, and review and/or establish marketing strategies, goals, and objectives;

2) discuss the competitive challenges you face and create strategies to address them;and

3) discuss overall technical parameters, functionality, database considerations, hosting, etc.

We come back to you with a summary of the project scope and functionality that are feasible within the available budget, along with a flowchart showing the organization and navigation plan of the site.

Creative Concept and Design

We present one or more concepts for the graphic "look" of the site for client review. Additional functional detail is often established at this stage.

Refinement

We refine the design, site plan, and feature set based on client input. With the scope and functionality of the site firmly established, we can estimate the final production price.

The client develops site content concurrently with the design, production, and programming efforts.

Production and Programming

Production of web-ready graphics, page templates, and back-end structure (if any) commences.

Testing and Implementation

The site is placed on a temporary, non-public URL, where it is proofed and tested for usability and functionality.
